How to be a Confident and Creative Problem Solver: 60 Seconds to Success Tip 126

Life Coaching and Confidence CoachingWow! Have you seen this innovative idea to solve a big problem ?

Now, I’mone that definitely believes in keeping costs down and waste levels to a minimum, but this?

Aside from the fact it looks like it belongs in a modern art museum, it’s a bit far, isn’t it?

But then, it got me thinking.

It’s an innovative concept tackling a great, universal problem.

Does what you do in your business or line of work do that? Does mine?

How often do we, as business owners, managers and professionals, take time out of our busy lives to look at ways of making what we do better, more effective and even attention catching?

It doesn’t have to be some great mission that drives us.What if there was a trick we’re missing – an angle yet to be explored that, if we jumped off the hamster wheel of our lives anddiscovered it, we could use to create more successful businesses, careers or personal lives?

And, if that different way makes a difference that really matters, that would be cool, wouldn’t it?

As many of my clients know, I have a passion for creating curious questions that help people solve difficult challenges fasterQuestions that get our ‘neck-top-computer’ activated in useful ways.

So here’s one of those questions to ask yourself, your family, your clients, your team or your friends.

It can be asked as a brainstorming question to help prompt problem solving discussions and generate innovative solutions.

Or it can be asked as something that sinks into your unconscious mind where the cogs and filters churn and process until an inspiration emerges and gets sent to your conscious mind as a brainwave or a light bulb moment that comes to you when you least expect it – when you’re cleaning the car, gardening, cycling to work or emerging from sleep at 6 a.m. in the morning, perhaps.

Here’s the question:

How can I/you/we do what I/you/we do better, and in doing so, help others along the way?

Really interested to hear what your thoughts are on this,  maybe you’ve already gone through this thought-process?

Either way, it’s got me excited. Not aggressive spikes in the shower excited, but still, I feel awash with drive right now.

Talk soon.

Have a great week
